1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
As per EU consumer law, customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. This applies only to unused, non-customized, and undamaged products in their original packaging.
2. Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories included.
- Items that have been customized or made-to-order cannot be returned.
- Returns are not accepted for hygiene-related items (e.g., mattresses once unsealed).
3. Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item was delivered by our logistics team, the return shipping fee will match the original delivery cost.
- If using an external courier, the customer must arrange and pay for the return.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any delivery or return costs.
- If the returned product is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use, we may deduct a restocking fee or reject the return.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please return it following our policy and place a new order.
