Shipping policy

  • Our delivery fees are based on the weight of your order and your postal code fair, simple, and transparent.
  • Unlike some others, we don’t just leave your furniture at the building entrance. We deliver it right to the room where you’ll set it up.
  • Got tight stairs, no elevator, or tricky access? Let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly (and avoid surprises for everyone).
  • Estimated delivery times:
    o Zone 1: within 4 working days
    o Zone 2: within 5 working days
    o Zone 3: within 7 working days
  • If any item weighs over 50 kg and can’t fit in the lift, we’ll need to leave it at the building’s entrance — unless a crane is needed. In that case, we’ll take it up to your space for an additional €80.
  • Crane or lift service includes up to 1 hour within city limits, with a max lift height of 13 meters.
  • If there’s a no-show or access issue on the day of your crane/lift service, a fee may apply, we totally understand that things happen, but we appreciate the heads-up.
  • And yes, all prices include 19% VAT. No hidden costs. Ever.
